A septic system inspection is an objective assessment and evaluation of the system and it's components, based on NJDEP guidelines and the experience of our PSMA certified inspectors. It is not a warranty or guarantee and is not endorsed by the NJDEP or any other agency

The NJDEP recommends septic systems be inspected and pumped approximately every three to five years, depending on the system. Regular maintenance of your system can minimize the risk of major problems occurring in the future, saving you time and money.

If you are planning to sell your home, it is recommended by the NJDEP that sellers have their onsite wastewater management system inspected. Any issues with the system may cause unforeseen delay in selling your property.

An inspection prior to selling can determine the condition of the system at the time of sale and give prospective buyers peace of mind.

When purchasing a home, it is important to have the septic tank inspected. Second to the actual house, the septic system is likely to be one of most expensive structures on the property.

An inspection prior to buying a home can determine the condition of the system before purchase.
